The Concordia police department dispatch center is a 24/7 facility that consists of 6 full time dispatchers including lead supervisors that serves the Concordia Police Department, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department, the Concordia Fire Department, Concordia EMS, and Cloud County Rural Fire and EMS and Concordia Animal Control.

The 911 professionals are the first public safety persons to ‘arrive at the scene’; they are the first-first responders.

The Concordia police department dispatch center receives and processes all 911 calls from within the city of Concordia and the entire Cloud County area.

The CPD dispatch center also handles many more non-emergency and administrative calls from the public and for the agencies we serve. On average over 200 911 calls and 1200 non-emergency and administrative calls are handled per month.
