City Permits
Vendor permits allow the permittee to operate within the city limits.
Vendor fees shall be in the amount of $25 per day, up to 4 hour, or $50 per day for over 4 hours. A permit for the entire calendar year, or portion thereof, shall be available for $400 with prior City Manager approval.
Applicant must have a valid driver's license and a Kansas Sales Tax Certificate at time of application.
Applicant is responsible for knowing the rules and regulations listed in Concordia City Ordinance 2018-3139, which is available here. Any violations of said article may cause the permit to be revoked.

Upon submission, please bring your valid driver's license, Kansas Sales Tax Certificate and all applicable fees to 701 Washington Street to finalize the application and receive your license. All application requirements need to be met prior to the date you plan to sell.
Tree and Shrub Care Permits
A permit is required to offer tree trimming and shrub care services within Concordia City Limits. The permit allows your company to operate for the calendar year.
The ordinance concerning tree and shrub care, as well as licensing requirements is available here. Any violations of said article may cause the permit to be revoked.
