Budget

The first set of attached budget documents are the complete budget books given to all Department Heads and Commissioners.  They include items such as information about the City's financial structure, how the City creates the budget, past revenues and expenditures, capital project planning as well as the state budget form and detail budget reports.  The second set of documents are the State Budget Forms by themselves.  These will load significantly faster than the Budget Books.

The budget itself is one of the most important documents prepared by the City Commission.  It serves as a financial plan, provides guidance to Department Heads and communicates the City's financial condition.  Most importantly, it presents the City Commission's vision for the community by describing how public funds will be spent in order to achieve policy objectives.
